Well packaged. If we are to summarize this project, we will say that this design is geared toward efficiency and simplicity, while maintaining freedom and breadth. And though we usually let Realtors brag about location, and stay in our lane with design and build, even we recognize being a block off the California Avenue, Genesee - Junction-adjacent sweet spot.

The structure's designer had mentioned something about the reflecting floor plans being geared toward left and right handed buyers, yet over coffee and then drinks, we never did understand the notion. But we know the value of going with inspiration when it strikes, so, keep that in mind.
